01. Tuition Support for Employees’ Children
We offer university tuition support for employees’ children. This program helps reduce the financial burden of education and contributes to family stability. (A certain percentage is covered.)

Employees receive an annual health allowance to promote personal wellness. The benefit can be used flexibly within a specified annual limit
