Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. and "K" LINE (KOREA) LTD., its group companies (hereinafter the “K” LINE Group) reemphasize that due respect for human rights, compliance with applicable laws, ordinances and rules, and due consideration to the environment are the fundamental foundation of corporate activities and that group companies’ growth must be in harmony with society. Therefore, to contribute to the sustainable development of society, we act in compliance with the Charter of Conduct (hereinafter the Charter) detailed below:
